For nearly twenty years, the Human Rights & Consumer Protection Cell (HRCPC) Trust, Hyderabad, more info has worked as a public-spirited, non-profit organisation dedicated to Human Rights Awareness, Consumer Protection Education, Environmental Welfare, Awareness on Prevention of Corruption, and RTI Capacity-Building.
Founded by Thakur Rajkumar Singh, M.A. (Osmania University)—an educationist and long-standing social activist—the Trust operates with a clear mission:

The Trust is not a law firm and does not provide professional legal services or legal representation. All its activities are rooted in education, research, rights literacy, and public-interest advocacy.

Over the years, the Trust has filed numerous public complaints before Human Rights Commissions—both State and National—in matters concerning community welfare.

2. Consumer Rights EducationWith increasing urbanisation, fraudulent practices and misleading services are also rising.
The Trust provides educational guidance to help consumers understand:
